Dr. Black is a physical therapist with a clinical focus in the management of patients with disorders of the cardiovascular and pulmonary systems. She is passionate about the physical therapy management of multisystem dysfunction related to aging in patients with chronic health conditions. Dr. Black is interested in the development of cognitive and psychomotor skills in physical therapy students through team based learning activities and simulations. She is involved with various teaching and learning activities within the DPT curriculum and is excited for the educational, research, and service opportunities of the Faculty Development Residency.
